About us
Our mission is to empower Australian families to shape the behaviour of their children in whatever way is most functional for them.
What we do
Ella Bailey Behaviour works with children both with and without diagnosis of neurodiversity to create functional behaviour habits for children and parents.
We use a whole family approach to address maladaptive behavioural patterns. Ella trains parents to harness the underlying motivations of behaviour to shape their child’s behaviour into something that is functional for them.
Ella Bailey Behaviour uses a combination of Positive Behaviour Support, motivational and mindful presence techniques to creating lasting behavioural change.
We believe in pushing back against the model that has families rushing children between service providers without seeing any changes in day to day functioning.
Ella Bailey Behaviour is a service born out of nearly a decade of experience working in homes to help families thrive - whatever their neurology.
About Ella
Ella began her behaviour career working with some of Sydney’s most highly regarded Early Intervention Providers. She now works independently and specifically in the neurodiverse behavioural space.
A move to live and work in Copenhagen, Denmark started Ella on the path to family-focussed intervention. Working under the Danish intervention model which focusses on the empowerment of the family unit over direct paediatric intervention, and the incredible results she saw, created huge change for Ella’s practitioner model.
Ella is now on a mission to bring the Danish model of family unit empowerment to Australian families and her practise now focusses on parent coaching, training families on behaviour support and creating lasting change for Aussie kids and their parents. Ella maintains a small paediatric practise in Sydney, Australia.
When she isn’t coaching parents, Ella loves to find the best coffee spots, pat other people’s dogs and listen to as many audiobooks as she can.

“
Working with Ella Bailey as my coach, has been such a great experience. Ella has given me skills which I am putting into practice daily and instead of the many moments of frustration that would occur.

Ella has been an invaluable part of our therapy team for over two years. She is reliable and dedicated and has become a part of the whole family. Ella is flexible and tailors therapy specifically to her clients needs. Amongst many interventions, our son requires a very specific type of speech therapy and Ella has undertaken this alongside our speech therapist. Without sounding trite, she changed our lives
